 Halliburton is seeking experienced Service Supervisors to lead crews at the well site in Williston, ND and various locations across U.S. Land. We're adding over 10,000 jobs in North America over the next year, and we need individuals with experience in completions and down hole tools

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Expected to coordinate and lead the work of crews at the well site for the Halliburton Completion Tools product service line. This includes planning for jobs and delivering instructions to the crew based on the equipment needed and customer specifications, as well as interacting with various stakeholders to maintain customer satisfaction.
Service Supervisors are also expected to evaluate the individual performance levels of the crew and train employees to improve their job performance. This job has budgetary accountability and directly impacts the profitability of the organization via personal contributions.
All Halliburton employees are expected to ensure compliance with all relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
