Data Management Consultant

ReThink Energy are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Consultant to work for our client, a very well repected, multi-national consultancy. Our client is experiencing an unprecendented level of growth and as such is looking to significantly expand it's Data Management practice to cope with demand.

As a Consultant within the business you will be accountable for the definition and delivery of consulting packages and projects to help customers effectively address projects around key data management issues. This will involve working alongside customer and business stakeholders to understand, define and deliver business requirements providing Data Consulting expertise and solutions to optimise business workflows. The fast paced nature of the work will require you to work in a number of capacities including Project Manager, Business Analyst and Subject Matter Expert with responsibility for leading/supporting project management by managing and reporting on project direction including status, risks and issues.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in Data Management and come from a consultancy environment although anyone from an operator or service company background would also be considered. You could be Seismic or Well focussed and would need to be highly competent in either the Landmark (OpenWorks) or Schlumberger (Petrel, GeoFrame) software suites. You will need to be an excellent communicator comfortable working both independently and part of team as required. As is the nature of consultancy work you must have the ability to work in multiple projects across multiple clients.
