The successful candidate will support, and complete the design of new and current PCP related equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Create as required the mechanical design, drawing, and documentation associated with the development and sustaining of Progressing Cavity Pumping related equipment
• Develop, control, document, and monitor all test programs internally, externally, and field trials
• Work closely with Technical Support staff and manufacturing to identify and resolve sustainingequipment related issues
• Discuss and work with suppliers on questions, suggestions, concerns, and comments
• Assist with the assembly and testing of new or modified PCP related equipment
• Manufacturing support as required
• Assist with reviewing and taking action on engineering change requests, engineering change notices, and custom order requests
• Various part system and creation tasks
• Documentation of your time, work, and finding towards tasks and projects
• Other duties as required
Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 1-2 years working exoerience in a similiar role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software package
• In-depth working knowledge of testing & assembly equipment
• In-depth knowledge of equipment operational and assembly safety
• Work with computer related electronics such as printers, faxes, copiers, scanners
• Good organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Safety minded individual
• Ability to multi task on multiple jobs
Preferred
• Pro-E & Intralink experience is an asset
• Proficient with computers and comfortable working with various databases
