Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:

Perform various project support assignments such as design layouts, design calculations, drawings, prototype hardware procurement and test.

Major Responsibilities:

Develop product design layouts sufficient to insure product performance reliability and producibility from information provided by the manager and other engineers.

Perform stress analysis on designs, prepare reports as required.

Plan and oversee development testing and report in the proper engineering format.

Direct the work of Designers, Drafters and Technicians as required.

Procure prototype design hardware.

Perform other work-related tasks as required.

Desired Skills:

Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent.

6+ years experience in design and development of heavy machinery is preferred
