 Senior Cost Control Engineer
Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for 1-2 Years
Requirements:
a) At least 8 years of experience in doing cost control/ project control
b) 8 years of experience in upstream
Principle Accountabilities:
Project Cost Consolidation
· Develop, analyze and review a consolidated overall project cost by identifying areas of concern and recommend counter measures and next course of action to recover and mitigate the cost overrun in achieving project objectives and to maximize project value creation.
· Implement an effective cost performance management system by emphasizing the actual cost performance against budget on both cost overrun and under run and advise the variances and action plan to reduce the risk to ensure early rectification by management.
· Analyze and review the action plan based on the cost performance gaps and variances by taking into consideration constraints faced by the projects to assist management's deliberation.
Project Information Database
· Maintain project information database for internal benchmarking within Division or in the areas of cost performance to ensure effective project management in achieving the business target
