Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)
•Provide quotations to engineered solutions.
•Define product and service requirements with customers.
•Build relationships with existing and potential Proserv customers.
•Generate and manage new sales leads and customers to support the Outside Sales team.
•Gain technical and general knowledge of Proserv global products and services offerings.
•Assists with preparation of product support materials and promotional information consistent with Sales Department goals.
•Accountable for professional interfacing with potential and existing Proserv customers.
•Responsible for accurate order entry into Proserv's ERP system.
QHSE Responsibilities
•Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment.
•Apply Proserv, and where appropriate Client Company's, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Policy and Safety Management Systems.
•Promote a culture of continuous improvement, and lead by example to ensure company goals are achieved and exceeded.
Education
Bachelors or Master's Degree in an engineering discipline for an accredited university.
Experience
Essential
•3 to 5 years GL and Accounting Experience
•Strong Excel and ERP Systems knowledge
•Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with various skillsets.
•Ability to multitask and perform under pressure to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
Preferred
1-2 years Public Accounting experience preferred
