Landman

* Assist with all activities connected with assigned property and contracts
* Support efforts to work interest partners (both internal and external) on legal issues, regulatory matters, exploration and production issues, gas marketing and lease record/division order arrangements
* Review well proposals and other AFE's
* Handle Joint Operating Agreements/Farmout Agreements
* Interact with other disciplines in a team environment to accomplish company goals
* Interact with key stakeholders to support continued alignment
* May support Principal Landman in major new business development projects
* Handle other Land projects as assigned

* Less than 7 years Onshore Land experience
* Experience working on Joint Venture projects
* Previous in-house experience required
* Unconventional gas play experience
* Knowledge of Onshore JOA and related Land Contracts
* Understanding of state regulatory systems
* Experience in onshore property acquisitions and divestitures
* Strong computer skills required including Excel, Word, and Access
* PLM, or Energy Management degree or BBA preferred
* 6 or more years of experience working in the oil and gas industry

* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment within a multi-disciplinary team
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
* Demonstrated ability to develop creative and alternative solutions with short turn around times
* Well structured work practices
* Self driven
* Flexible and a team worker
* Must be able to work in a multicultural environment
