Job Description:

Responsibilities include engineering support and product development for artificial lift products.
Create and modify designs to comply with industry requirements. Incorporate new technology and functional improvements to artificial lift product line: down hole rod pumps assemblies, progressive cavity pump assemblies, rod strings, and drive systems. Guide and coordinate drafters to assure timely completion of projects. Work as a team member with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to accomplish common goals and commitments for completion of projects. Investigate and disposition global support for field related issues.


B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Familiarity with API 11AX, 11B, and 11BR specifications.
2-5 years mechanical design work in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year designing artificial lift equipment.
Competent with AutoCAD, Inventor and MathCAD design software.
Must have the ability to create and interpret: machine drawings, technical documents, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Interpersonal skills and initiative are essential requirements.
