Fastorq is currently seeking candidates for a Pipeline & Facilities Account Manager in Broussard, LA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for initiating and maintaining business relationships with customers
- Maintain professional relations with customers as well as others within company (weekly conference calls)
- Knowledge of the pipeline & facilities services Fastorq provides (Bolting, Hydrostatic Testing, Machining and Pigging)
- Report customer feedback to others within company
- Develop and work a schedule that allows office visits
- Make regular visits as deemed necessary to assess the potential for gaining and maintaining Fastorq service utilization
- Initially handle issues of disagreement that may arise regarding services planned or provided & communicate to management as proves necessary
- Consider and promote events that will enhance Fastorq's service presence among clients in the region
- Report to direct supervisor any instance of a safety concern noticed among Fastorq employees
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to include personal appearance and interaction with the clients
- Use provided equipment (vehicle, computer, telephone, etc.) in accordance with Fastorq corporate directed manner
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements - 3-5 years' experience of Oil &Gas or Pipeline sales
- Must have knowledge of Bolting, Hydrostatic Testing, Machining and Pigging
- Established contacts and relationships with Pipeline, Construction, oil & Gas, and Engineering companies
- Ability to work autonomously without direction
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the region
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Clean driving record
Education - High School diploma; Bachelors degree preferred
