 SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide on-site service and technical support to customers in the installation and service of downhole tools. Provide technical support to Sales and other areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
„X Trouble-shoot problem jobs and assist other TAM Service Personnel when needed.
„X Participate in Project Planning and/or Spud Meetings.
„X Determine that site is in acceptable condition for running tools and taking corrective action as necessary.
„X Run TAM tools on customer job sites, which may include instructing customer's employees or other personnel on how to run tools according to the specific requirements of each tool being run.
„X Assist TAM personnel in service-related or sales issues or questions.
„X Perform general maintenance duties, either at the customer location or TAM office.
„X Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
College or technical school degree preferred and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of TAM Products and Procedures is essential.
