JOB TITLE:  CHEMICAL TREATER TRUCK DRIVER
 
POSITION IS BASED IN SONORA, TX
 
BAKER HUGHES' BAKER PETROLITE product line provides chemical technology solutions for hydrocarbon production, transportation and processing, and also delivers pipeline integrity services. We are a leader in oil/water separation technology and in solutions to control corrosion, deposition, bacteria and H2S in producing wells and production facilities. To serve refinery and petrochemical customers, Baker Petrolite provides chemicals and technical support to enhance plant processes, improve productivity, manage water treatment, and resolve environmental issues
 
Role Synopsis  
 
As a Driver based out of Sonora, TX with Baker Hughes you will have the opportunity to work throughout the Permian Basin with one of the world leaders in the oil field service industry.
 
Role Description
 
This position is responsible for hauling chemicals and treating wells between Baker Hughes facilities and customer locations. 
 
Responsibilities
 

  • Haul chemicals from plant site to customer location
  • Treat customer wells with specialty chemicals
  • Handling special projects
 
Experience and Skills required
 
  • 2+ years of on the job driving experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Class A CDL with HAZAMAT and Tanker Endorsements (Will also consider Class B CDL)
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and bend over 40-50 times per day
 
 
Other Details
 
  • This is a Monday through Friday position which requires 15-20 hours per week of overtime hours
