QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
•Experience in design of offshore hydraulics and using 3D/2D software will train on 3D for a motivated candidate.
•Other experience that will be considered is those with Aircraft , mining or industrial machinery hydraulics knowledge
•Ability understand hydraulics and pneumatics as they pertain to moving machinery, ability to write and communicate technical matters
•A minimum of 5-6 years of related work experience is desired
•Experience in managing a team of at least 2 Engineers and/or Designers
•Must have the ability to draw schematics
•Experience specifying Hydraulic components for marine and offshore handling equipment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Perform selection of hydraulic components based on past experience and input from Chief Engineer (PE) and Production Manager
•Produce schematics, BOM's and assembly drawings creative thought and ability to incorporate company Manager's recommendations into your designs is required
•Assist in producing operational manual & assist with writing test procedure/ reports
