Role Synopsis
This position is responsible for ensuring that Baker Hughes operations exceed expectations and customers' requirements. To maximize company's market share and profits by facilitating cross product line solutions when applicable. To maintain and grow the company's status as the recognized leader within the oil service industry.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• Special projects included wire line retrievable and natural gas liquid pumps, canned boosters and coordinating implementation of smart ESP system.
• Help develop, introduce and support of new completion designs in response to changing market conditions
• Coordinate w/other Artificial Lift experts (Product Center and Regions)
• Prepare and present a regular training class for client and staff on topics relating to Completions technology, emphasizing current projects
• Evaluate and support completions software (Autographic)
• Provide customer support for Alaska region on ESP related issues included traveling to client and vendor facilities and working with end users.
• RCFA ESP failures and write corrective-action reports to customers
• Maintain ESP database for improving Lesson's Learned and ESP Run Life. Support the rollout, uptake and implementation of Maps 6.3 and FRACAS for Centralist.
• Support district HS&E goals by providing the leadership, planning and accountability to programs and policies that promote our Safety Culture in order to prevent accidents.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
• This position requires a thorough understanding of down whole hydraulics and rig operations.
• Oilfield Experience Required
• Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) experience
• Account Management Experience; have a successful track record working directly with customers.
• This role would be ideal for a former Centrilift engineer with a few years of customer experience.
• Proficient use of computer based programs related to application of products.
• Ability to supervise and lead employees.
• Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Good analytical skills.
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 8 + Years related experience.
