Field Project Supervisor - Wireline

Baker Hughes offers opportunities for qualified people who want to grow in our high performance organization. We are currently recruiting for (4) Wireline Project Supervisors to join the Baker Hughes team in Williston, North Dakota.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
· Runs multiple software applications in one or more product lines in Wireline Completions. (Warrior engineering software experience preferred)
· Provides front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to and upon completion of job.
· Supervise team activities, assigns roles and tasks to Operators.
· Ultimately responsible for successful completion of the job - start to finish.
· Pre/post job planning and paperwork.
· Accountable for obtaining and properly utilizing/communicating client feedback.
· Provides record of equipment and other assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the well site.
· Advises Customer Representative in spotting and actuating such equipment and may advise the Customer Representative in troubleshooting.
· Assists with the training of assigned personnel in such Wireline/Casedhole operations and maintenance.
· Works within a team environment - daily; including building & maintaining positive client relationships.
· Driving site to site; and maintaining the job on site until completion.

Successful applicants will possess the following:

Skills/Knowledge
· Ability to work away from home for 15 days at a time.
· Previous experience working in completions with progressive experience on the well site.
· Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

Education/ Experience/Training
One of the below related education or experience required:
· Technical diploma or degree in a related science, or
· University engineering or science degree, or;
· Will consider equivalent experience; working as an operator with progression, working in completions; which may include the following:
o 2 years of experience running a truck as a specialist
o Senior Completion Specialist
