Region and Geomarket management teams work to understand customer needs and coordinate delivery of individual products and comprehensive service solutions that include the right Baker Hughes technologies for the project. We are currently seeking Electro-Mechanical Technicians. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Basic skills on soldering and assembling of electro/mechanical devices. Proficient in the use of multimeters, meggers, hi-pot testers, and other basic instruments. Ability to read, interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists. General technical knowledge in fluid power technology, AC/DC circuits, and electro/mechanical devices. Basic Qualifications This is an entry level position and the candidate will be responsible for Troubleshooting, testing, and assembly of electro-mechanical assemblies. Assists in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment. Desired/Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. AA degree in Electro/Mechanics or engineering technology, or technical vocational certification in AC/DC electrical circuits and fluid power preferred but not required. SN96 High Temp soldering experience is highly preferred but not required. Qualified candidate would be self driven, performance driven, and be able to work in a team environment.
