Job Scope:
This position will support and contribute to our activities within the Professional Services and Sales divisions.

Responsibilities:
ˇ         Responsible for delivery against project budgets set by the Team Leader
ˇ         Configures medium to complex applications according to the design documents and adheres to the accepted standards
ˇ         Builds screens and reports and executes necessary functions to configure the system as designed
ˇ         Uses Visual Basic Scripting to enhance applications and build utilities
ˇ         May also be responsible for unit testing and integration testing own configuration, screens and scripts
  
Candidate Attributes/Qualifications:
ˇ         Must possess an understanding of the Oil and Gas Market, in Pipeline, Mid-Stream, and E&P
ˇ         Must have demonstrated technical experience (preferably with the CygNet products, while managing both internal and external customer expectations)
ˇ         Must be comfortable and proficient in the design and development of systems to fulfill the needs of customers based on the input of the client's identified value criteria
ˇ         Knowledgeable of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Oil and Gas SCADA industry
ˇ         Must have the ability to plan projects, assess project status, and identify issues of risk.
ˇ         Must be comfortable and proficient in performing product demonstrations, and facilitating customer discussions, regarding product capability, and design, in support of the Sales Account Representative
ˇ         Must be knowledgeable in VB scripting
ˇ         Must be capable of providing first line technical support to existing client installations
ˇ         Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, networking, and server hardware is a plus
ˇ         Bachelors degree in technical discipline relevant to position
ˇ         Experience in the industry with similar role experience a plus
