ACCOUNTABILITIES

    •  An overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development

    •  Participate in various HR Resourcing Projects and Supply interface initiatives, as required
    •  Develop thorough knowledge of the staffing needs for this project partnering with HR and clients to create a strategic sourcing plan.
    •  Pursue all leads through passive channels and develop pipelines of future talent through extensive networking and referrals.
    •  Maintain relationships with hiring teams to determine best fit for team and organization
    •  Review resumes received through all sourcing channels
    •  Develop and maintain relationships with external search firms
    •  Maintain weekly resourcing activity report globally
    •  Provide oversight and reporting for the Employee Referral Program
    •  Schedule interviews and assist with completion of pre-hire assignments

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification

    •  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or an equivalent degree

Experience & Technical Competencies

    •  Minimum 8  years experience working in an  Resourcing/Recruiting capacity in a Human Resources environment
    •  Experience recruiting technical professionals in areas such as Drilling, Completions, Reservoir, and Geosciences
    •  Strong knowledge and understanding of oil and gas
    •  Strong knowledge of global recruitment processes, best practices, and legal requirements
    •  Excellent written and verbal skills
    •  Competence in project planning and execution
    •  Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and GSAP
