Job Description:
ROSEN USA, based in Houston, TX seeks to employ a Manager of Products and Services to develop the sales of plant and terminal inspection services for ROSEN USA's Plant & Terminals (P&T) business segment.

Responsibilities:
The Manager of Products and Services, Plant & Terminals will be responsible for ROSEN USA's Plant & Terminals Sales, Pricing, Enterprise Contract Risk Management, Strategic Planning, and Coordination with the General Manager of Products and Services (P&S). The candidate should have sales experience primarily relating to the oil & gas industry.

A key part of this role will be to develop market share and identify service related opportunities in the market and be able to convert those into service contracts. This will include developing, maintaining and monitoring ROSEN USA's current customer base and to develop sales/marketing strategies and action plans as necessary and as defined and agreed with the General Manager of Products and Services and the Corporate Product Manager.

The role will involve solution selling of storage tank inspection, maintenance and repair, products and services.  The Manager of Products and Services will be responsible for delivering profitable growth in these areas, using their technical skills, expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to provide the best solutions to clients. The Manager of Products and Services will be expected to manage current business as well as develop new business and expand ROSEN USA's market share.

The successful candidate will:

• Arrange high efficiency pre-qualification, tendering, contracting and project initiation/execution.
• Ensure that all legal, as well as insurance requirements that could not be resolved during contract negotiations are known and addressed.
• Ensure the compliance with applicable Enterprise and Corporate guidelines, procedures, descriptions and instructions.
• Capture business segment specific client needs.
• Be up to date with ROSEN Plant & Terminals products and services portfolio.

The candidate should have experience working in the oil and gas and/or petrochemical industries with management experience and the technical ability to develop and maintain an effective key account program and the technical acumen to understand ROSEN USA's products and services.

The candidate should be able to translate customer problems and requirements into a solution that will encompass ROSEN USA's products and service and maintenance solutions. At this level the candidate should also have the experience of forecasting managing and implementing budgets as well as:

• Establishing sales leads for end user of Plant & Terminal products and services.
• Proving quotations and proposals following up with sales execution and after sales support.
• Travelling throughout USA to meet with customers.

Lead, develop, and motivate employees in his/her area of responsibility via:

• Regular feedback discussions/sessions and scheduled performance appraisals.  
• Career path planning (allowing for succession planning if/where needed) and deputy planning.
• Development opportunities and training measures.
• Develop enterprise sales guidelines for Plant & Terminals with the General Manager, Products and Services.
• Assignment and remuneration of sales personnel through enterprise guidelines for Products & Services.
• Develop Performance Targets per area to achieve agreed Plant &Terminals targets for Area Managers.

Uphold Company guidelines with regards to legal terms and conditions within the respective business segment

Develop summarized reports to the General Manager, Products & Services and Corporate Product Manager.

Provide information to the Manager of Operations about future workload and associated resource (personnel) needs within Plant & Terminals.

Provide information about sales strategies, competition development, sales and workload forecasts, tool requirements for existing products and services, training needs for personnel within Management Products and Services for Plant & Terminals.

Provide information about future regional opportunities and market needs.

Provide information about enterprise legal risks to the General Manager, Products & Services and to the Contracts and Proposals and Contracts department.

Qualifications or Skill Required:

The successful candidate should have the minimum qualifications and/or skills:

• BA, BS Degree with emphasis in sales and marketing
• 5+ years minimum in industrial sales experience
• Technical knowledge pertaining to Plant & Terminal inspections and best practices
• Experience in developing new sales markets, targets, quotas, and negotiating skills
• Disciplined and independent
