 QUALIFICATIONS:
q Expert communicator within matrix organizations
q Leadership capability and excellent written and verbal communication skills
q Demonstrated planning and organizational talent
q Proficient in project planning and scheduling control functions
q Well versed with project planning and scheduling applications such as Primavera and MS Project
q SAP experience, preferably in planning and scheduling
q Familiar with Six Sigma principles and practices
q Minimum of eight (8) years of planning and scheduling experience, preferably in a process or industrial environment serving the oil and gas industries
q Knowledge and experience in working in International markets
q Knowledge of project execution processes and workflow
q Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and achieve goals
q Strong strategic and analytical skills
q Demonstrated skills in: decision making, influencing, coaching, interpersonal, management and customer service
q 4 year degree preferred in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Position is accountable for leading CPS Business planning team to execute project as per project execution plan. Review project portfolio and plan to mitigate any potential planning/scheduling conflicts. Takes a lead role to diagnose problems/issues to ensure quality schedules are created / maintained to meet customer's and company's on time deliveries requirements. Consider each stage of the project lifecycle to increase or develop efficiency in project execution.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
q Lead project planning meeting with cross functional team.
q Adherence to global policies, procedures and best practices for the planning and scheduling function
q Participates in the development of processes for the project planning and scheduling functions throughout CPS
q Leads the implementation of all project planning and scheduling processes or procedures
q Assures project planning and scheduling functions provide reliable high quality services and products to satisfy the customer's needs
q Lead/Initiate efforts to synchronize project priorities and Engineering priorities to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
q Maintain and update project plans to ensure proper sequence of execution
q Participate / Support proposal efforts and develop wholistic project planning strategy / view
q Provide reports of key performance indicators for the project planning and scheduling functions
q Conducts business in accordance with Cameron policy, code of conduct and SOX
q Complies with all Cameron Process Solution's operating guidelines and standards
