JOB TITLE: FIELD SALES COORDIANTOR - OIL TOOLS LOCATION - PERMIAN BASIN US LAND COMPLETIONS product line includes completion; intelligent production and intervention solutions that help manage cost and reduce risk while maximizing recovery. The product line provides a comprehensive line of completion systems, which maximize performance and safety from the reservoir to the surface. Production optimization services include permanent monitoring, chemical automation, and intelligent production systems. Wellbore intervention solutions address issues ranging from temporary well abandonment and fishing to casing exits, wellbore cleaning, and isolation, remediation and stimulation operations. ROLE SYNOPSIS
- Represent products and services to the customer, interface with Operations, and provide technical sales support to customer base
- Set financial and relationship goals and set stage for Baker Hughes to interface with customer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Sell Baker Oil Tools products and services to existing and new customers
- Under general direction, develops and maintains customer relationships with smaller accounts and less complex products/services
- Sells products and services to existing or new customers
- Visits customers with sales and engineering representatives to deliver technical presentations
- Assignments are broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity
- Handles special projects as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed High Scholl Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3 - 5+ years experience in related field
- Strong negotiating skills, communication and selling skills
- Demonstrated understanding of sales process, ability to build strong relationships and close business.
- Fundamental knowledge of commercial and contract language
- Ability to coach others
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Comprehensive, specialized technical knowledge of company's products and services and general knowledge of products and services of other BHI divisions
- Knowledge of Cased Hole Completion and or Wellbore Intervention product lines
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- Intermediate/Advance MS Office skills and abilities; primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
OTHER DETAILS
- Requires extensive field travel , some overnight travel to be expected
- May work in the dirt/rig sites; wearing PPE/HSE attire
