Job Description:
|
-Maintains Quality Assurance/Quality Control in one of the following areas: training and implementation of a quality assurance/quality control program for a Product/Service Line (JRC - Wireline & Perf), planning, coordinating, and supervising the quality assurance/vendor surveillance program in conjunction with project management to ensure that quality requirements of vendor provisions are met; or supervision and direction of a materials laboratory.
-Responsible for providing the leadership and strategic vision to take the organization to the next level of performance in this area.
-Develops and implements Quality strategy, plans and systems for an organization with a diverse product portfolio and vendor
base.
-Integrate Quality Management Systems within the organization's annual business plan and long term strategy.
-Define requirements and needs to develop systems and tools for Quality Systems.
-Responsible for recruitment, staffing and training of Quality personnel and nurture a cross functional operating team environment.
-ISO 18001/14001 preferred
-Skills typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Applied Science or a related technical
field to include a minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control which includes experience in
Manufacturing and Supply Chain environments.
