Generate Sales and increase revenue at the Regional Level through sale of Weatherford Liner Hanger Products and Services following designed sales objectives, policies, and programs to acheive maximum Sales at the highest return to the Company.
Duties
Direct Sales responsibility for Liner Hanger Products for assigned Customer Base.
Maintain a well coordinated and vigorous Sales effort to develop and enhance Sales of Weatherford Liner Hangers by establishing trusted, long term relationships with Customer base.
Work within an established geographical area to generate new business, increase revenue and service existing customer.
Ensure developed Marketing/Sales initiatives and objectives are followed in a harmonious manner with Weatherford's overall programs, objectives and plans.
Provide technical knowledge and support to customers. Assist other sales personnel, customers and potential customers on the technical issues of the products.
Develop and maintain long term customer relationships and maintain contact with key decision makers within the customer base.
Facilitate ''Pull through'' offerings at every opportunity
Assist Sales Management with formulation of sales strategies and yearly budget.
Work with sales staff and R&D to propose changes in existing products and the introduction of new ones.
Generate and submit bids to existing and potential customers as needed.
Relate field/customers issues to District Manager and assist in the resolution of the issue.
Visit customer worksites to make certain that the product is meeting customer expectations.
Basic Skills
Technical Training or minimum of combined 10 years sales/field experience in lieu of technical training
Minimum of 7 years sales experience or equivalent
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Self starter with a high level of motivation.
Ability to liaison between Customer and Weatherford across all levels.
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently as well as work as a member of a team.
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
10 plus years sales experience or equivalent
