The Account Manager ALS Systems is responsible for managing opportunities and issues accross our entire range of ALS product offerings.
*Acts as primary point of contact for ALS opportunities for the district, understanding customer goals and executing accordingly
*Calls and/or visits customers to identify needs, establish buying cycles and to create customer-supplier relationship
*Establish sale objectives and develop sales forecasts
*Develop sales strategies, increase profits and develop alliances with individual accounts
*Assigned specific accounts to increase sales and establish budgets
*Secures order taking into account delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment
*Point of contact for problem resolution with customers - Work with customer engineers and specifications writers to obtain specification of Division products
*Prepares and conducts sales presentations
*Provide analysis of market intelligence
*May be assigned to field locations and require visits to rig sites
*Manages a sales force and may mentor less experienced sales professionals
Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
*3-5 years operations experience in PCP/Rodlift Artificial Lift
* Bachelors degree in engineering, business or related field
* Knowledge of full Artificial Lift System, including Rodlift and PCP
* Ability to work with central organization to design the best system for customers' particular application needs
*Comfortable in Sales and building customer relationships and deliver effective presentations
*Already familiar with the Permian Basin
