 Overview
Our client is a specialist Consultancy specializing in executing engineering and design in upstream oil and gas related facilities. Over the last 20 years, our client has designed and engineered a wide range of projects, including early production systems, production facilities, injection facilities, storage facilities, deepwater topside facilities, compressor stations, power plants, civil infrastructures, pipelines and offshore platforms. They're seeking a Mechanical Engineer with Offshore design experience.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Post-graduate degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering; PE Registration preferred. Minimum 10 years experience in a company serving upstream oil and gas industry. Must have thorough knowledge of oil and gas production processes and equipment design methods and procedures; Experience should cover FEED, detailed engineering, process simulation of production processes using computer software; sizing and specifying of equipment; safety analysis; cost estimates; bid package preparation and bid analysis. Knowledge of industry codes and standards (API, ASME, NFPA) applicable to oil and gas industry, and MMS regulations. Good verbal and written communication skills.
