The description for this position is as follows:

• Review and process Drilling, Completion, and Well Intervention invoices for North American Gas (NAG).
• This is a high activity area and the candidate needs to be very organized and able to prioritize workload.
• Research invoice discrepancies.
• Assure invoice accuracy/contract rate compliance by verifying invoices against the contract and rate schedule.
• Update cost savings database with any rate or contract discrepancies.
• Handle correspondence with vendors. Candidate will need to have good oral and written communication skills.
• Work with PSCM Contract Managers to resolve contract or rate issues.

The requirements for this position are as follows:

• Ability to work within a multidiscipline environment due to interaction with other Finance staff within Control Team, Operations and Resources, as well as Technical personnel and leadership at various levels within NAG.
• The candidate will need to be skilled in Excel and able to adapt to new systems and technology easily.
• This role will involve the use of FUEGO, SAP, SMS, Filenet, and OpenWells.
