 Job Summary:
This person will manage all employees and ensure daily duties are carried out. Will assist in the processing of orders and expediting open orders and manage overall operation of the location.
Manage and support all facets of operations to insure all internal processes and daily work requirements are fulfilled each day. Take calls from customers; maintain branch inventory level that meets or exceeds company guidelines which includes on hand unit accuracy and total investment. Provide daily direction to employees in order to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and safety procedures. Resolve issues as they arise. Daily interaction with internal and external customers at all levels. Ensure that orders are taken and processed and assist the Branch Manager with daily operation of the branch. Handle customer orders and issues as needed.
Qualifications:
• Completion of high school or equivalent
• Over two and up through four years
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
• Must be well versed in customer contracts, requirements and specific requests.
• Working knowledge of internal requirements, processes and policies
• Product Knowledge particularly MTS, financial skills and Wilson systems.
• Fluent in Spanish a plus.
