Job Description:
LO&D Consultant for a Major Operator oil and gas client in Houston:

Summary  

    * Functionally aligned to each of the six (6) key functions with one dedicated to Leadership and "Soft-skills"
    * Develop, champion, and manage L&D standards, practices, programs, services, and system per established timelines
    * Maintain a fully integrated approach across all L&D areas

Learning / Instructional Design, Development, & Delivery à lead while working with the CoE in:  

    * Identifying, developing, deploying / delivering, maintaining, evaluating, and improving learning interventions to meet L&D standards as well as business and competency development needs
    * Coordinating and overseeing learning delivery
    * Build L&D competencies in the PRC functional / CoE SMEs (e.g., facilitation per adult learning principles, coaching / mentoring)

­ * Knowledge Management à lead while working with the CoE in documenting, maintaining, and disseminating processes, tools, standards, and practices
* Process & Performance Improvement à lead while working with the CoE in content development, identifying impacted audience, integrating changes into existing content, and disseminating changes to impacted audience
* Resolving issues and concerns as related to PRC's L&D programs, services, and system

Education and Experience  

    * Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organization Development, Human Development, or related field required, advanced degree preferred
    * CPLP Certification preferred
    * 10+ years experience in Learning & Development and Organization Development
    * Comprehensive learning design, development, delivery and evaluation experience, including technical / functional, leadership, "soft-skill, and team development
    * Demonstrated ability in small and large group facilitation, group process facilitation, as well as classroom and distance learning delivery
    * Ability to organize large amounts of information in a short period of time, and turn into professional, learner-centered content
    * Excellent written, oral, and technical writing skills
    * Project management, change management, and consulting experience
    * Ability to build rapport and interact with all personnel levels, up to and including senior level leadership
    * Ability to work independently as well as be highly collaborative with team members, SMEs and other stakeholders in a project and deadline driven environment
    * Ability to work with large and small groups
    * Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment a must
    * Must be flexible and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deliverables
    * Must be detail oriented and results driven

Proficient user level with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
