OPPORTUNITY PRESENTATION
ENTHUSIASTIC VESSEL OPERATIONS MANAGER

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
* Overall budget responsibility for vessel P&L
* Lead by example, in terms of HSE control with the areas and departments they interact with. Require reporting Supervisors to demonstrate effective control over HSSE responsibilities
* Responsible for:
* Maximizing vessel availability and utilization by the Business Units'
* Operational asset management of assigned vessels
* Delivery of offshore spread according to department specifications and Service Level Agreements including ensuring accuracy and regular updating of vessel assurance scheme
* Provide a single point of contact with OCM for operations management and support and BU PMT's with responsibility for ensuring coordination and accuracy of responses to queries
* Liaise with project teams to ensure department expertise has input into operations procedures
COMMUNITY
* Located in West Houston
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
* 5 years of experience of construction management in subsea environment
* Experience of serving in a senior capacity on offshore diving and construction and project
* Senior Marine Qualification ( STWC ll/2 OR lll/2 or equivalent) is a plus
* Degree in Engineering (preferred)
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
* Excellent communicator
* Ability to prioritize work in dynamic changing environment, develop respect by demonstrating leadership qualities and influence teams
* Self starter, able to prioritize work as part of a leadership team
* Willing to take on new responsibilities and accept Management of Change
