DYNAMIC MAINTENANCE SYSTEM SUPPORT MANAGER

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
* Set up and implement standards for Asset Management System used throughout the fleet
* Devise systems and solutions to improve equipment reliability
* Conduct regular audits on vessels, Marine and Mission systems/equipment, to assess AMS utilization
* Ensure systematic analyses of asset failure are performed, included in databank system and AMS specific tasks are generated, maintained taking into account proper Risk Assessment techniques, efficiency and the competence of the end user
* Liaise with:
* Management System team in the development and operation of administration and Managements System
* QHSE & S department to ensure that all processes in the line with Group Quality Assurance policies as well as Safety through regular audits
* Projects team regarding equipment development projects teams to ensure approval and implementation of operation and maintenance material prior to equipment commissioning
* Company DPA to ensure compliance with SMS
* IT to ensure that AMS utilization/development complied with procedures and requirements
* Review and act on Legislation and Classification regulations to ensure compliance on these matters
* Participate in incident investigations and non-conformities related to mechanical failure or maintenance issues
* Knowledge of all aspects of the SMS including:
o Ensure Safety and Pollution Prevention policies are reached
o Ensure responsibility, authority, and interrelation of all personnel who manage and verify work affecting these aspects of Company operations is properly conducted.
COMMUNITY
* Located in West Houston
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
* Engineering degree or equivalent
* Senior Marine Qualification (STCW ll/2 or lll/2 or equivalent)
* Technical authorship and good writing skills
* Asset Management System proficiency (ABS Nautical NS-5 or MP-8)
* Maintenance experience, Risk Assessment and incident investigation are a plus
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
* Good communicator
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and working environment
