Must be certified or possess certifiable knowledge in relevant Halliburton Digital and Consulting Services core solutions covering a domain/tech set. Possesses a significant understanding of technologies included in the System. Demonstrates strong knowledge of existing and emerging technology within product family. Communicates to client team how they should use that technology to be more productive. Actively coaches others in application of technology Understands and applies mainstay process for assignment delivery. Contributes ideas to team on ways to improve mainstay processes. Begins to develop basic project management skills and demonstrates an ability to manage small.
