Occidental Petroleum, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking a highly motivated individual with 15+ years experience including 5 years supervisory experience in natural gas production operation in the following areas; well completion and workover supervision of deviated well bores, compressor and dehydrator operations, plunger optimization, production automation systems, production water handling systems and gas gathering system operation and maintenance to serve as Production Coordinator in Piceance Basin . This position would report to the Piceance Operations Manager and would be located in Grand Junction, Colorado.

· Supervise and coordinate daily activities of multidiscipline work force including Oxy employees and contractors

· Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
· Administer personnel policies
Qualifications
· Working knowledge of gas and oilfield production operations
· Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
· Current well control certification
· Proficient in MS Office software suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· High School Graduate of GED
