Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is a growing company that provides Project Management and Consultant services to the Oil and Gas industry worldwide.
DMTI is a very high energy company that required 110% dedication from its staff.
This position will offer health benefits as well as possible long term retention packages as they develop.
Working hours are from 0730 - 1730 Monday thru Thursday and 0730 - Noon on Fridays.
All personnel required to be on call on a 24 hr. basis and will have rotational weekend for call duties.
Position Responsibilities are:
• Report directly to the CEO
• Arrange all office staff schedules
• Arrange all travel
• Arrange all logistical details as directed by management team
• Daily meet and greet of clients
• Mail runs, Fed Ex, Courier services
• Office Supplies
• Assist with A-P services
• Assist with HR dept.
• Arrange company functions
• Keep office clean and organized
• Dress in professional attire
• Continue education in areas that require additional or continual training
• General assistant as required to all departments
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Education Requirements: Associated
