Would you like to play a lead role in the development of the world's most capable semi-submersible drilling units? Are you experienced in managing the overall design of offshore vessels?
Frigstad Engineering is a provider of high end semi-submersible rig designs and consultancy offshore engineering services. The company is part of the Frigstad group, an established player within the offshore drilling industry with around 100 employees and offices in Singapore, Cyprus, Norway and Brazil.
We are looking for a person that can manage the rig design and engineering activities in our Singapore office. The ideal candidate will have naval architecture background and solid understanding of the other disciplines involved in the design process (incl drilling).
Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of our design engineering team in Singapore
- Implement and maintain systems and tools to control the design process
- Take a lead role in further development of Frigstad Engineering's rig designs portfolio
- Take part in marketing and sale of rig designs and engineering services
