• Reports to the Head (Business Planning and Optimization) and provides Business related support
• Responsible for the coordination of the annual Preliminary and Final Work Program & Budget (WP&B) cycles for the Venture Group
• Coordinate and review Venture projects close-out and true-up reports
• Collect data and perform statistical analysis, comparison, reports and presentations (project progress and quantities) as and when required
• Support Projects Control for FDA (Future Development Assumptions) meeting representation
• Provide shareholders with Common Facilities historical data for benchmarking and analysis
• Work with Commercial Group and Joint Interest Group for the review and implementation of commercial agreements related to Common Facilities
• Participate in Commercial Group and Joint Interest Group self assessments
• Participate at Technical Committee Meetings (TCM) for projects Operated By Others (OBO)
• Coordinate with Joint Venture Accounting for the OBO Cash Calls review and approval and reconcile monthly billing statements with monthly cost reports
• Coordinate with Venture Projects for the review and approval recommendation of the Written Resolutions related to the Common Facilities
• Participate in Common Facilities Independent Project Reviews (IPRs) when required
• Follow up and coordinate with Venture Accounting for updating funding data in Venture funding data base
• Provide necessary support to the Venture Business team on the LTC related activities as and when required
