 About the Marine Manager Position
The Marine Crewing Manager will be within the Human Resources group.
Minimum Experience Required:
• 7+ years as Marine Industry / Marine Operations
• 5+ years with Marine fleet crewing, training and recruitment
• 3+ years' experience in deck officer position
• 3+ years' experience dealing with regulatory compliance and reporting
• Demonstrated experience in having managed Coast Guard exception and audit process as well as working through
legislative issues
• Negotiation skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Deals affectively with conflict effectively such that positive work relations is maintained
• Ability to influence at all levels in the organization
• Ability to work with all levels in the organization and across departments
• Ability to effectively manage competing demands
• Well networked across the marine industry and governmental agencies (e.g. US Coast Guard)
Education:
Bachelor's Degree from Maritime Academy and Licensed Mariner. Experience on a DP vessel is a strong plus.
