Job Description:
Summary

    • Responsible for equipment identification and verification of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs and preventive maintenance functions for the respective Service Line(s) equipment to ensure consistent Quality Assurance and Quality Control within established standards.  Quality Assurance /Quality Control Coordinator assumes the lead role during the systems and processes implementation and internal/external audit processes.

Functional Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the daily Quality Assurance/Quality Control planning and leads the Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities.
    • Performs 1st line troubleshooting on the involved Quality Assurance /Quality Control processes and activities.
    • Reviews and analyze quality related Data, identifies problems, offers solutions and performs reporting activities for the Corrective Actions / Preventive Actions (CAPA)
    • Preparation of complete Quality Assurance/Quality Control documentation package for various projects.
    • Maintenance of Equipment Certification library and ensure the validity of all inspections including Non Destructive Test (NDT), Ultrasonic Test (UT), Load and visual are current.
    • Ensure all required testing, inspection and certification is complete and the equipment is Quality Control tagged prior to dispatch.
    • Maintain an up to date Register of Calibration, Measuring and Test equipment.
    • Ensure calibration of measuring and test equipment at predetermined intervals to required standards and maintenance of Calibration Certificates.
    • Responsible for equipment identification for one or multiple locations and one or multiple Service Lines.
    • Implement and maintain Gigatrack system.
    • Receive, check and maintain traceability documents of incoming and outgoing equipment / material.
    • Check all equipment and items received at the District and affix appropriate Quality Control tag.
    • Maintain complete and accurate inventory of all fixed assets.
    • Liaise with maintenance team, suppliers and customers regarding Certification and Quality issues.
    • Actively promote positive HSE culture.
    • Detect opportunity areas and prepare documentation to support capital expenditure for improvement projects.
    • Promote a continual improvement culture Companywide.
    • Identifying areas requiring improvement.
    • Performs internal and external process audits to ensure systems and process compliance.
    • Assist with any training and implement a training documentation system.
    • Ensure that maintenance forms are completed for equipment that is repaired.
    • Assist in purchasing of cost of goods sold.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by Manager.

Required Skills

    • Experience - 2-4 years
    • Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple oral and written instructions and effectively communicate/present information one-on-one or in small group situations.
    • Advanced Math Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
    • Reasoning Skills - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.  
    • Ability to handle problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • Mechanical aptitude
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially English
    • Good knowledge of computer software
    • Basic understanding of Express Energy Services oilfield product & operations
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, on budget, in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
    • Knowledge API, ASME, ANSI Standards of Quality Assurance and Control for services and manufactured goods
    • Mentoring skills
    • Coaching skills and development of training material
