• Be a part of "Greenfield" engineering, design, construction and development of new facilities and or locations
• Review existing facilities to enhance the efficiency of operations, functionality and economics
• Conduct FAT's (Field Acceptance Tests) on procured equipment
• Conduct field trials to validate acceptance/value of utilizing specific and or  new technologies into our operations
• Troubleshoot existing facilities or commissioning of new facilities
• Exposed to the design and or operational challenges associated within the various regions across the United States
• Be challenged to invent new techniques, processes and or procedures driving a spirit of continuous improvement
• Think out of the box, view things with a new paradigm
