The successful candidate will work along the Alabama coastal area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:
· Promote and advance a strong safety culture and a safe working environment at all times. Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
· Maintain communications with customers to ensure we are meeting or exceeding expectations of service delivery and execution.
· Manage employee injury response program (First Responder).
· Lead the development and implementation of the Project's Safety Management Plan.
· Lead the inspection of field work sites and follow-up to ensure corrective or preventative measures have been implemented when required.
· Lead field safety inspections, audits, and safety meetings as required.
· Ensure all internal and external safety databases are maintained for client and/or governmental review. Ensure the completion of all governmental and customer required reporting.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university plus 5-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
