* To lead the contract awarding processes, by receiving from the User Department the Purchase Requisition for Services / Materials (PR) and all the relevant bid's documentation (technical and HSE specifications), arranging the invitation to tender, receiving technical evaluation, executing the contractual and commercial evaluation.
* To manage the Bid Addendum and clarifications.
* To negotiate (with the selected Supplier) prices, terms and conditions prepare the contract documentation and award recommendation for the approval of Management.
* To ensure that the procurement is performed in accordance with the applicable laws, procedures, local content requirements and coordinate with Legal, Finance, HSE, End Users all relevant contractual aspects.
* To ensure the necessary support to the Users Departments, by interfacing with the Suppliers for clarification during the bidding phase and, after the awarding.
* To ensure Contracts distribution to the interested parties.
* To prepare the Contract Amendments and Change Orders.
* To support the End Users in the execution of Contract.
* To arrange the corresponding contract information for audits.
* To Register the Contract data in the Data Base systems.

  
* Relevant degree
* A few years of Upstream Procurement Sector experience
* ERP system knowledge (preferably SAP)
