An experienced manager and technical generalist with expert-level background in the applicable technical discipline(s). Experience in asset management role at level equivalent to exploration, development, production manager in mid-to-large-size Oil & Gas Operator. Capable of functioning effectively autonomously. Leads, coaches or mentors employees in our global talent pool at various levels of competence in the relevant technical domains. Drives best practice, project-, quality- and commercial management. Manages by influencing rather than authority. Recognises and exploits the talents of his staff and demonstrates commitment to their competence- and career development. Is frequently involved in customer contacts and business development activities. Leading role in strategy development. Effectively exploits a global network of professional contacts and typically gets involved in 10+ multi-disciplinary projects. Functions at role model level in terms of achieving outcomes, managing issues, managing complexity and uncertainty, creating value, establishing a productive climate, and adopting new thinking. Skills are typically acquired through completion of a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree with at least 15 years of experience with an E&P operator or equivalent consulting team.
