Responsibilities:
- Supervising the contractor's construction work, reviewing work procedures, plans and schedules and monitoring the work progress, quality and safety;
- Scheduling, planning and directing the work of other supervisors, inspectors, technicians, vendor representatives and other personnel. The incumbent will be responsible for checking subordinates work methods, output, punctuality and progress of their jobs.
- Implementing safe work practices and procedures and assuring that safe working conditions are always maintained for work crews. The incumbent shall be responsible for ensuring that all construction tools, equipment and personnel gear are in good condition and meet the safety requirements.
- Coordinating with DOT; state, local and county regulatory agencies to obtain work permits. Ensuring that proper construction records are maintained. These shall include the maintenance of progress records, inspection reports/records, commissioning and calibration records, as well as, testing reports.
- Supervision of 3rd party vendors providing construction services; Supervising the building of frac ponds, as well as the transfer of water to and from frac ponds/well-sites; Oversee the drilling of water wells
- Supervision of pad site construction; roads and cellar installations. Assist in the sourcing of rock and water; negotiate with landowners.
