At Baker Hughes the purpose of this role is to:

Under direct supervision participates in structured, on-the-job learning activities in assigned primary product line in the Cased Hole Completions Product Group. Learns to assemble and disassemble the most frequently run, less complex tools in the primary product line in the district. Also learns documented setting and retrieval methods. Develops skills required to run at least one application in the primary product line without supervision at the well site. Conducts all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Education/Experience/Training required to do this role:

University Degree in Engineering or Applied Science degree required. Entry level. Completes required training through participation in Phase1 of the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program which includes in-depth training programs focused on industry and enterprise knowledge, warehouse and field installation processes, and basic product line knowledge.

Skills/Knowledge required to do this role:

General knowledge of basic engineering principles and good mechanical aptitude. Ability to work and communicate well with others.
