Job Description:

Must have good endurance; be able to stand in front of class for hours at a time, and work extended hours during classes.
Travel Requirements: Some domestic and foreign travel required
Certification: Current WellCAP and/or IWCF with 90+ scored on all tests
Required Skills:
Strong drilling operational skills; excellent communication skills (oral and written); ability to teach and facilitate; computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Position Summary:
We have an opening for an Instructor with a minimum of 15 years diversified drilling experience, particularly drilling supervision experience. Strong drilling operational skills are an important consideration. Instructor must have both Subsea and Surface drilling experience. International drilling experience would also be desirable. Instructor must be able to relate with a diverse group of personnel from oil companies, service companies, operators and contractors from all over the world. Students will have diverse educational and operational backgrounds including assistant drillers, consultants, derrickmen, drillers, engineers, foremen (wellsite leaders), superintendents, toolpushers.
