• To provide specialist pipeline engineering input into the conceptual, front end and/or detailed engineering design of onshore field development projects
• To ensure that contractor pipeline designs and specifications meet the project requirements and industry best practice
• To ensure overall technical integrity of pipelines design premises, design, structural and flow assurance behaviour
• To ensure the pipeline system is in line with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices
• To ensure accuracy of pipeline system cost and schedule estimates

• To design premises definition of onshore pipeline (structural and flow assurance aspects)
• To define and specify geotechnical and geophysical surveys
• To define pipeline route
• To supervise Internal design and subcontracted design
• In charge of material selection and specification
• To prepare ITT and bid technical evaluation
• To plan, review and follow-up of pipeline purchasing, construction and commissioning
• To ensure flow assurance follow-up from design to start-up
• To estimate pipeline cost and schedule

• Relevant degree
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Few years of engineering experience in Oil &Gas industry
• Some specific experience in pipelines design
• To have completed courses in the following areas:

o Compliance
o Plant design
o Construction and installation qualifications

• Knowledge of the following software packages:

o ISO and TQM

• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Planning target control
• Change management
• Strategic thinking
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good technical writing skills
• Ability to be flexible and innovative
• Strong negotiation skills
• Communication and listening skills
