 Senior Recruiter - Maersk Oil, Copenhagen, Denmark
Maersk Oil has a great opportunity for a Senior Recruiter in its Copenhagen HQ, who relishes the challenge of working in a complex global market and has the proven capability of delivering in a fast paced environment.
Operating in partnership, you will work closely with line managers to drive the acquisition of talent across a number of technical disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop recruitment strategies based on a clear understanding of the job requirements to deliver high quality candidates
Create compelling job postings involving different media channels to maximise exposure to qualified candidates
Directly source candidates and maintain/develop talent pools of quality candidates to fulfil current and future business requirements
Maintain and continuously develop knowledge of the global oil and gas labour market trends to enhance ability as to the where, who and how in terms of sourcing talent
Develop strong relationships with client group managers such that their recruitment requirements are clearly understood and are proactively managed and you are perceived as a clear value adding partner
Screen, assess and interview candidates to short list stage
Participate in the final selection process and decision making, supporting the line in making the right people decisions
Effectively manage agencies to ensure they deliver to agreed standards
Manage the offer process to ensure the selected candidates accept the positions offered
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Strong recruitment and sourcing experience in a global environment,
3-4 years minimum.
Oil industry recruitment experience is essential
Service and quality focused; you will be comfortable interacting with
people at all levels and from different cultures.
Excellent cooperation and communication skills
