• Software Consulting - Provide interpretation services as assigned across all domains of Our Client's Geophysics Suite of applications.
• Training - Ensure consistent high quality delivery of training material for Our Client Applications. Capable of conducting basic & advanced classroom training on the Geophysical and Geological Interpretation suite of applications including SeisEarth, VoxelGeo, Stratimagic, StratEarth, and GOCAD
• Support - Perform troubleshooting of client issues. Own issue until escalated appropriately and/or resolved with client satisfaction. Demonstrate proficiency with all Support procedures & the internal tracking and reporting systems. Monitors junior staff on effective escalation and provides coaching on domain expertise. Reviews support incidents for accuracy.
• Creates domain best practices and innovative workflow solutions. Leads and/or conducts complex studies using advanced discipline concepts.  
• Analyzes customer environment and user base to understand how to drive additional engagement and expand footprint within domain. Develops in-depth understanding of complex customer issues and provides solutions.
• Collaborates with other regional and global domain experts and groups such as Presales, Product Management and R&D to advance training delivery, onsite support, or workflow mentoring.  
• Professional Development - Continue to actively develop own technical expertise within the Interpretation and Seismic Processing and Imaging domains. Actively seek personal development of non-technical competencies through assignments & formal training

• The ideal candidate will be conversant with industry standard Interpretation and Reservoir Characterization workflows, and will also have experience with Our Client's comprehensive suite of products.

• MS or PhD in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering and 7 - 10 years minimum experience.
