• Engineering Calculations/ Analyses/ Studies - Gathers data from multiple sources. Prepares engineering calculations, engineering analyses, and engineering studies. Writes final report and makes recommendations.
• Technical Deviations/ Technical Queries - Determines issue, defines problem, identifies the pros and cons of multiple solutions, and makes recommendations for technical deviations from client specifications or technical queries. • Design Calculations/ Analyses - May advise and direct the design team in gathering data from multiple sources. May advise and direct the design team to prepare design calculations, and design analyses.
• Design Based Procurement - May advise and direct the design team in incorporating information from design calculations and analyses into equipment specifications, data sheets, testing requirements, and material requisitions for design based equipment. May advise and direct the design team in inter-discipline vendor documentation review and approval, factory acceptance testing and certification.
• Work Packages - Conducts site surveys, interprets regulatory codes, interprets client standards, applies standard engineering and design practices, makes sketches, provides technical direction to the design team towards document creation, and writes the work package narrative. May advise and direct the design team in the creation of material take offs, drawing lists, and document revision control.
• Construction/ Testing Support - Participates in constructability reviews and incorporation of findings into engineering and design. Responds to requests for information from field personnel.
• Commission/ Turnover Support - Creates testing and/or commissioning guides. Provides testing and/or commissioning support to field personnel.
• s-building - Mark up field documents and verify mark ups. Incorporate field mark ups into final drawing review.
• Operations and Maintenance Support - Develop operations and maintenance procedures and manuals, maintenance plans, safety analyses, RAM analyses, and conduct on-site training of personnel.
