Experience: 10 - 20 years. Diversified experience in all aspects of planning, programming and execution of drilling and completion projects. Experience in deep sour gas wells, complex wells and implementation of breakthrough technologies and/or cost -saving initiatives Knowledge and experience in extended reach and multi-lateral drilling and completions would be an asset.Computer competence in drilling software applications. Experience in developing new drilling technology solutions.Evaluate or develop novel methods and procedures for advancing drilling and completion practices. Liaises with service companies and other research centers in testing and implementing breakthrough ideas. Provide technical support and consultation to in-house proponents.
