1. To work closely with reservoir engineers in preparing completion design and perforation strategies to optimize reserves
2. To guide and support asset team the day-to-day operation
3. To review and find new opportunity in mature field to improve field production
4. To propose any workover necessity with economic consideration
5. To ensure well integrity, surveillance and intervention activities
6. To supervise and coach junior reservoir engineers in monitoring and production optimization
7. To review field development plan (FDP) of each existing project

1. Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, or related fields
2. 15 year experience in upstream petroleum E&P Industry
3. Has experience and strong understanding in oil field onshore operation
4. Has experience in managing waterflood project (s), preferable experience in clastic-reservior onshore oil field
5. Has experience in Artificial Lift, Gas Lift, Beam Pump, ESP,etc.
6. Has experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams
7. Fluent in both spoken and written English
