Job Description:

- BP's various regional operations businesses operate onshore and offshore oil and gas wells across the lower 48 states, the North Slope of Alaska, and in the deepwater of the Gulf of Mexico.
- The two US Regional offices are located in Houston, TX and Anchorage, AK.
- BP is one of the leading producers of natural gas and oil in North America.
- The role of Wellsite Leader of the Future falls under the charge of the regional Wells Team which is responsible for the safe and reliable delivery of wells to be placed on production within the various operating centers and/or platforms.
- The Well Site Leader of the Future (WSLf) will report to a Houston-based WSLf Manager and is a training and development position with final assigned location and work schedule determined upon completion of the program
-Participants in this program will develop the skills and knowledge to be come a supervisor/Wellsite Leader

Position Requirements
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent



- Proficient level of general computer skills and knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Willingness and ability to work a rotational schedule of 14 days on/off.
- Willingness and ability to work during some periods of the designated 14 days off or time off.
- Willingness and ability to participate in a fast-paced, demanding training program for a minimum of 15 months.
- Willingness and ability to travel and be away from home a minimum of 50% of the time in order to fulfill the responsibilities of the program.
- Proof of a valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
